We will be joined by two leading voices from the global stage; Professor David Heymann, distinguished fellow in the Global Health programme at Chatham House and previous assistant director-general for health security and environment at the World Health Organisation, and Dr Chikwe Ihekweazu, Director General of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) and previous Acting Director of the Regional Centre for Disease Control of West Africa.

Speaking to RSM Vice President Dr Claire Bayntun, our guests will offer insight into the leadership by global organisations through the pandemic, share experience gained from Covid-19 and other epidemics, and explore the need for global systems and structures to effectively manage health threats of the future.
