Sarah shares her eye-opening research and shows us the miraculous things our bodies are capable of doing, to help us bond better with our communities. Sarah is a Neuroscientist interested in the biological basis of emotion and empathy. Sarah has published a wide range of ground-breaking research, exploring how our body’s signals and sensations can shape our thoughts and feelings, and even synchronize with others’ around us to improve empathy and increase community building.
